From our experiment, it can be clearly seen that the bread treated with ‘BRShield’ has remained completely ‘mold free’ even after a period of 30 days from the date of treatment. Conversely, the untreated control sample has been fully colonized by the moulds and has begun to decompose.
Of course, whilst this experiment has been visualised using moulds, the anti-microbial efficacy demonstrated here also extends to all the viruses, bacteria, and yeasts that land on the treated surface.
