Job Scope
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their disaster recovery and carpet cleaning needs
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, with a focus on increasing new business opportunities
- Present and explain the services offered by the company to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and carpet cleaning services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
